1. Information we collect

Foreign Worker AI Interview System collects account information (name, email, company), worker profile data uploaded by agencies, interview transcripts, audio recordings, and AI-generated reports. Passport numbers are masked in employer-facing views unless a worker is selected.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to provide live AI translation, generate interview reports, manage sessions, and communicate session results. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

3. Data security

All database queries are scoped to your organisation ID from a signed JWT. Audio and documents are stored in Cloudflare R2 with presigned URLs and bucket-level access policies.
