1. Acceptance of terms

By registering or using Foreign Worker AI Interview System, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep worker passport data secure.

3. Acceptable use

Foreign Worker AI Interview System may not be used for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to upload false worker information. Abuse may result in account suspension.

4. Payments and refunds

Sessions are billed per session. Enterprise plans are invoiced according to agreed terms. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Limitation of liability

Foreign Worker AI Interview System provides AI-assisted tools, not legal or employment advice. Hiring decisions remain the sole responsibility of the employer.
